ABOUT ADHD at Work
ADHD at Work supports adults with ADHD in a practical, realistic way.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or pushing harder, it’s about understanding how your brain works and having support that helps you work with it.
You don’t need to change how you think.
You need support that fits your brain.

ABOUT US
You’re not broken.
You just haven’t been supported the right way yet.
Why I Do This Work
For many adults with ADHD, life can feel harder than it should.
Not because of a lack of intelligence, motivation, or effort but because the systems around them were never designed with their brain in mind.
ADHD at Work was created to bridge that gap:
between insight and action, understanding and application, knowledge and real life.

Hi, I’m Suellen
I’m an ADHD coach, mental health advocate, and workplace strategist.
My path into this work wasn’t planned, it was shaped through lived experience, professional training, and years of working alongside people whose ADHD had been misunderstood, overlooked, or mislabelled.
As a wife and mother in a family full of ADHD minds, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply ADHD can affect daily life, identity, confidence, and opportunity especially when support is missing or mismatched.
Those experiences, combined with my professional work in mental health and coaching, led me to focus on one thing:
helping people feel supported while they apply what they’re learning.

Who I support
I work with adults with ADHD who want life to feel steadier and more manageable whether that’s at work, in
business or at home.
People often come to me feeling:
overwhelmed or burnt out
capable but inconsistent
unsure why things feel so hard
tired of trying to “keep up”
Together, we focus on clarity, structure, and momentum without pressure or perfection.
Qualifications & Credibility

My work is grounded in:

I’ve completed specialised ADHD coach training with the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I’m also a member of ADHD Australia and the Australasian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA).
I combine professional training with lived insight to offer support that is compassionate, practical, and sustainable.
